Description:
We have a fully developed online marketplace geared towards international goods and services called The Independent Importer: (URL removed). Importers of unique products from around the world can register and sell their products directly to the consumer.
We aim to position our site on the web so that it becomes a destination for those seeking unique home decor, art, clothing, jewelry, food products, and many other categories. The site is developed but is continually being worked on to improve the layout and aesthetic appeal.
We have already successfully partnered with numerous import companies, with many more sitting in wait. Our site has an inventory of several hundred high quality imported items, with much more ready to be listed. We are now ready to bring in the customers in order to begin generating real sales for our sellers and prove the concept.
Traffic to the site is beginning to grow organically and through marketing activities, but with additional capital we are confident we could develop a significant following. Additional funds would be put towards continued web development, additional marketing activities, and if permitting, some limited importing activities of our own.
