Description:
Adventure resouce is commited to educating people in the skills and critical thinking, nessisary to safely navigate outdoor adventures, while creating and promoting solutions with increased ecological awareness.
We are a small group of outdoor adventurers, who are seeking funding to start a guiding buisness/non-profit that would teach outdoor skill classes in close connection with relevant evironmental awareness. Students would be involved in all aspects of excursion planning, and encouraged to explore potential ways in which the enviromental costs of travel and human presence in the outdoor environment can be mitigated.
Initial funding would cover basic operating expenses, staff development, equipment purchase, and the purchase and modification of a small fleet of Dodge sprinter vans into a Plug in Hybrid Electric Vehicles.
