Description: My company, Spark The Mind, LLC. is looking for all available options to raise 500k in the first phase and an additional $6,267,000 phase two in small business capital. Everyone who has been exposed to our concept is absolutely amazed! Children love our products! The concept can go on forever since there are so many concepts to memorize. Think of a modern day “School House Rock” when you think of our products. We provide the learning tools to revolutionize the way children learn! We have created an edutainment company that has had much media success. The first album created entitled, “Smart Shorties Hip Hop Multiplication” received a first-round Grammy nomination. I have written the edutainment workbooks that coincide with each album. Scholastic is the leading educational company in America and has endorsed all of these products. The process of obtaining an endorsement by Scholastic is extremely difficult and this accomplishment is equivalent to an album receiving a Grammy! Due to the unprecedented excitement of the multiplication products, I have found myself all over the media. Local ABC News reporter, Kristin Brown won a Telly Award for her the story on Spark the Mind/Smart Shorties. The ABC News interview was played on ABC’s affiliate, Good Morning America two days in a row, resulting in 109,000 web contacts! This was the first realization that a product needed to be created. Virtually every person that comes in contact with the product is amazed and cannot wait for more! There has been an extreme amount of press surrounding our work. The recent press featured stories can be viewed on www.Smartshorties.com/press. There currently is no major competition for the edutainment products for Spark The Mind, LLC./Smart Shorties. The funding for this corporation has been inadequate. However, the idea is still strong. The marketing portion of this endeavor was never reached. The only sales have been through lots of press and word-of-mouth. Part of the business plan is to purchase the existing company, Spark The Mind, LLC. free and clear of the current investors and partners and to market the brand Smart Shorties properly. During an appearance as a guest on “The Big Idea” on CNBC, the show host, Donny Deutsch said “…there is no other similar product that has successfully created educational products with the top songs on the radio.” In the edutainment industry, there are many companies that use music and education, but none that using educational lyrics and licensing original beats of the Top 20 songs that kids already love. Please contact me if you are interested in obtaining a business plan and discussing our project!
