The business is currently open under Clay's Restaurant. The couple who currently own it have been in this location for 39 years. 35 as IHOP the remainder as Clay's. Business is slow, during a conversation with owner I asked why they weren't going after business at the high school 2 blocks down, or the hospitals 3 in less than 10 minutes. Her answer is they are tired and want out. I suggested leasing it. With the ideas I have and being open more than 7 to 1 this business would thrive.
