I am searching for monies to open a Bistro, which would cater to my local commnity and visiting tourists. Have a great location. This is a building that was remodeled and brought up to code in 2003 or 2005. Even has great handicap access, this building is going into forclosure as we speak asking price is 219,000.00 it is beautiful. I am trying to come up with 235,000.00. I had a small espresso shop back in 2002-03, however, I forgot the number one rule; location,location,location! Had a great product and great clientel, although very limited parking. New location is right down town located next to some very productive bussinesses. Also the biggest mistake I made, was no wine/beer license. Please consider me. I am a very hard worker, 42 y/o woman with a great idea. I lve to feed people and people love my food, it is healthy, decadent and affordable. My chocolate cake brought tears to one women, and my mothers ribs are amazing.
