Description:
We are a two owner corporation started to bring food, art and music to enhance the new art district located between the Florida State University and Florida A & M University. The project is located in an area undergoing heavy redevelopment into a pedestrian friendly area. The area is also being revitalized through Brownfield cleanups. Our property is located immediately adjacent to the Railroad Square Art Park with ample parking. The property is under private ownership and a sale is currently threatened due to the owners' financial status. We need capital to purchase the property and to complete the redevelopment.
