Description:
A great opportunity for a family fun center on a great location lake front property near YMCA, 2 churches, residential area, industrial area, state fair grounds, and very busy State Route (1 of 2 roads traveling West to East). My plans are very specific but confidential unless you are a serious investor. Plan too good to leak out to the general public. I want to be first to market. There is not one of these in about a 100 mile radius. The ones that are available will pale in comparison. POTENTIAL is endless. All I need is some funding and skies the limit!!
