We are a gourmet pasta sauce company with 4 sauces and a gourmet meatball mix already professionally bottled. We have successfully aquired vegan certification for the red sauces and gluten free status for all 4 sauces. We are in the retail market and have acquired retail locations including regional Whole Food locations and specialty markets. We have developed multiple additional food products including several gluten free products. We have verbal commitments to purchase these items from several retail locations, but do not have a production facility. My husband and I already own a property clear and free which would be perfect for a retail and production facility. We are both physicians and have significant personal assets to provide as collateral. My mother is the primary chef and is available to run the business full time. We invision our company as providing high end gourmet food products and many health conscious and dietary specialty items.
