Description: Hi, my name is Christine Carter. CEO of So Focused Music Group and I am reaching out to the public because I am looking for investors for my company. My company is a record label with no specific genre but we have majority rappers and R&B singers. I am looking to expand my roster to country, pop, and rock seeing as I listen to every kind of music there is. I am fairly young I am 21 years old and I am determined to start early on a career. I currently have 5 dedicated artist and I also have a dance crew. My main artist has opened for some of the industries biggest artist such as: Juelz Santana, Nicki Minaj, Soulja Boy, V.I.C, and Donnie Klang. My R&B singer has done many showcases and is currently working on his next single. My dance crew has videos all over the internet and are pulling in 700+ views and they have videos with 11k+ views. We have a fan base that most indie labels don't get until they sign to a major label with fans ranging from Upstate New York, California, Atlanta, Miami, Texas, and many other states. With the investment money that I'm seeking I will use it to jump start the company, shoot a video for my two main artist, promotion, and a 10 city tour. We are planning a concert series starting in Buffalo, NY with a theater that has 600+ seats and we will be selling tickets $10 - $15. DO THE MATH.. We have thought this all through and we are ready to get to work as soon as possible. I'm not looking for a large sum of money I was thinking along the lines between $1,000 to $5,000 to get everything up and running and I would pay the balance back in full over the next year or two whatever kind of agreement we as business partners come up with. I believe this company will be able to get off the ground with the help of an investor due to all the work myself and my artist have been doing for the last year or so. So Focused Music Group is considered a unique organization compared to that of other independent record labels in the industry through our marketing and promotion plan. We are what are now known as the “Record Label of the Future” by capitalizing on the success of the World Wide Web. Such conveniences allow independent record labels such as So Focused Music Group escape the consolidation and conform of the music industry majors and achieve success in this industry by utilizing services that “levels the playing field” between “The Majors” and “Independents”. Leveraging the many convenient services and strategic alliances established within the industry, So Focused Music Group will accrue substantial revenues through the growing popularity of Rap/Hip-Hop, R&B, and Pop and the sale of full length albums and individual tracks (Singles) primarily in digital format, as well as through other merchandising that has become increasingly popular in previous years.
