We are a DBA registered under The Sterling Foundation, a Bahamian-American charity in South Florida, specialising in cuisine based on the historic migration of Seminole indians to Andros, Bahamas. We have already started with catering for private occasions and our food is very much liked and has a large market in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. We are on the road to great success but need startup capital to get the necessary facility, a restaurant with all the necessary equipment, and we shall succeed in serving people at the restaurant as well as continue with catering for functions.
