My fiance and I are both trained career Chefs, with great work histories. We in addition have a passion for the growing micro-brew industry. We recently started discussing the possibility of opening a neighborhood restaurant and brewing company, that would cater to the growing economic issues effecting or industry. We would love to provide the community with a high quality locally based, green , and affordable dining choice. Even with or countries current economic crisis the micro-brew industry continues to grow. Colorado remains at the forefront of this industry. We would love the opportunity to join this growing industry. The business would include a commercial brewing facility, and a full service restaurant. We want to consider a home delivery system, and brewing club. We currently are working on recipes for brews at home, on a brewing system that we built. Our passion for great food, great beer, and living well on a budget, has inspired this business idea. We are currently speaking with local farms and agricultural scientists, how to better produce our locally and sustainably.
