Description:
I am a Female That has bought a 3400 sq. foot building ( in very bad shape) and a acre of land. I have remolded 1/2 of the building and opened a store in april. I sell convience item, gifts, bait, grocieries, rent movies. I am kinda like the old general store in a high traffic area. I need to finish the other side of the store and put a kitchen in. I have put my heart and soul in this place and every dime I could find. My store holds its own, pays the bills and has grown alot. The store is a LLC and owes no money. The property is worth about 100,000 or more. I only owe 25000. I am looking for 60,000 to put the bills and property in the proper place (under the LLC) finish remolding and put a kitchen in.
