We own realestate. Four homes. Commerical and residental. Equity about 50% or better in all but one. One is on a note that matures with a $40,000 baloon in November 2008.
We are looking for a private investor at 8% to hold first on all property and sell back to us on a ten year note with a baloon ($40,000 balloon on exististing note would be payabel to investor and free that property upon payment).
Approximately $285,000 is needed to assume all firsts and clear all debts(with negotiated payoff). Value of property is approximatly $500,000. No cash out sought to us.
