Description:
Looking at purchasing a property in Crystal Beach, Ontario. The building has potential for 2 residential appartments and 2 commercial businesses. My plan for one of the commercial spots would be a small arcade. The community is trying to rebuild the area incorporating Bay Beach, Crystal Beach Waterfront Park and the Commercial areas. Across the street from the property I am interested in purchasing is a new beachfront gated community, featuring a beautiful sand beach, spacious clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis courts. Cottages are being rented weekly and just down the road is the historical town of Ridgeway where the main street is lined with little shops on both sides. We are also located 20 minutes from Niagara Falls which is a very well established tourist site.
