I have wanted to open a small scale restaurant that provides high quality "street food". My ideal restaurant would be an in and out service with big flavor at a reasonable price that will be accessible to all walks of life.
My passion for food started at an early age stemming from growing up in and around my parents restaurants. Food and the way that it makes people feel is a lifestyle for me. My dream is to own and operate my own restaurant so that I can share my love and passion for food.
