I have found a vacant daycare center complete with equipment. I want to open this for low income families and foster families. As a foster parent, I am aware that some foster children have different needs than children in their biological homes. CCMS will guarantee payment for foster children and my hope is to have openings available for low income families on a sliding scale based on income.
