MyWclub is an ambitious and innovative new e-business venture that is going to simplify how products and services are located and purchased over the internet at the local level. At its core, MyWclub features a new online marketplace platform that establishes a direct communication channel between consumers who are ready to buy and the local providers that offer the desired products or services. Unique to the internet is the fact that the MyWclub platform can literally handle any type of request. Whereas the current players accommodate only the service industry or a very limited product line-up, the differentiating technology behind our system allows us to manage all types of consumer queries.
As a unique way to finance the project, we have allotted 35,000 licenses and allow the general public to purchase units at a unit cost of $100. These units entitle licensees to share in our revenue. Not only does this method help fund part of the project, but it offers the company a readymade test group, word-of-mouth marketing, and an active pool of consumers and retailers.
The company will also have a limited share offering of the corporate unit to supplement funding of the initial operational expenses as the company expands in 2011.
