I am the General Manager of The Goat Coffeehouse in Saint Paul, MN. I have been in the coffee industry for over 8 years now, i would like to acquire the shop i run so i can start a chain focused on drive up coffee shops in the Twin Cities. My initial strategy is to purchase the shop i am currently running, do some remodeling, and then make an offer on a lot i have been eyeing for the first all drive thru coffee shop.
I have a system that works. I have doubled revenues in the shop i am running in less than 2 years. I have great relationships with my suppliers. I have a contractor who wants to help make my vision a reality.
My long term goals are for continual growth by opening more shops each year, and improving on the concept.
