Description: I have been in the construction business since 1987 building residential and commercial buildings from 1000 to 45,000 sq ft. I will be forming a new LLC for the saloon. It will serve lunc, dinner and alcoholic beverages. There is very little competition in the area without traveling 30+ miles.
