Started business with no capital in 1997. Self built to a 1.3M company in 2007. We are a landscape company that specialize in high end residental catering to outdoor living i.e outdoor kitchens, water features, lighting and other aspects of custom landscaping. Sales continued to double with each season eventually leading to demand exceeding what we could supply. At the end of last year we doubled the size of the company and purchased a parcel of land in which to base. The funding for the growth and infastructure came from our own cash and credit lines. We then applied with the SBA to structure our growth debt to a managable payment schedule. The credit and mortgage crisis have made it difficutlt for the SBA to come through. Having become dependent on the SBA's promises, our business relations have suffered causing serious decline in our credit. We have 3.1M in contracts for 2009 but are in need of funding to restore our companies integrity and to allow us to catch up for the winter season. We are also in the process of adding a division that will increase sales by 40 percent. This division will be touching the green industry and working with goverment municipalities.
