We are a small BBQ company based out of Fort Collins, CO. We bought the restaurant in 2006 and have turned it into a $350000+ company. We looked to expand in Denver and bought an existing company that had the same model as ours. The area looks like it would have been great but it is barely staying afloat. I am looking for someone to finance a move of the business to a location more suited to the model of the Fort Collins location or to purchase it as a franchise and operate it as a possible franchise opportunity. There is money available to be pulled out of the operation if the right team operated it but my problem is the locationa and the rent associated with it.
