Description: Duke Medical Supply is a start up Homecare Company that is seeking a financial investor to help with start up costs. My name is Chris Paschke and I successfully ran a durable medical equipment company for seven years until it was sold. As my compensation I was given most of the assets of the company so I would be able to start my own. These assets would include the following: - The billing system software program ( Pac Ware Software) with all the computers. This program is specifically designed to completely run a durable medical equipment company efficiently and productively. It handles the billing, sales, A/R, patient information, referrals, and much more. - Most of the office supplies like file cabinets, file trays, file folders, desk accessories, ect.... - 3 computer systems with printers that are networked together to run the billing software. - The telephone system. - I have all the forms and paperwork needed to run the company. - I have the information binder for accreditation. - I have also stayed in contact with employees, who would be willing to work for a company if I started it up, and referral sources that would be willing to give referrals immediately because of the superior service we gave to the before. - I have approximately $3000.00 worth of inventory. - I have a good amount of demo products used by sales reps. - Altogether I have most everything to start a DME company and run it successfully all I need is the capital to pay for startup cost make sure it can support its own growth. The profit margin in this business is very good and the return on your investment would be returned plus with in the first year. This time around I would like to profit not only from the hard work put in but also with ownership. I am looking for an investor to fund the start up costs and in return receive 50% of the business. I figured the start up costs to be $40k - $60k. It could be less but I was safe when putting numbers together. After the initial investment, of say $50k, there would be assets of approximately $30k - $35k within the company. With the knowledge, experience, and personal foundation built in the industry I would have no problem guaranteeing a successful business.
