Description:
We are going to start a hobby store and indoor race track all in one location. We will have a 4500sqft store front and a 8000-10000 sqft race arena for street racing and off road racing all under one roof. We will also have a simulator for our customers to use. We will also be using the current recession to our benefit in order to get a great lease deal in the commercial/industrial area. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me at any time. Thank you in advance for all of your help and consideration.
