Description:
We recently bought the rights to five Restaurant units at various locations in the Pittsburgh area for the cost of $140,000 or $28,000 per Restaurant unit. This business plan will show how a total investment of $975,000 could yield an estimated annual operating income of $786,643 over the first year period with one Restaurant in operation, and $1,966,607 by the fifth year with three Restaurants in operation with an average monthly sales in the first year of $217,169 while maintaining adequate levels of liquidity. These projections are based on $2,606,033 in annual sales compared to similar restaurants in the same market area generating over $4,400,000 in annual sales. After the first five years, two additional Restaurants will be built totaling five Restaurants.
The estimated total capital investment necessary to begin operations of our first Restaurant will be approximately $975,000. The purpose of this plan is to secure an additional $400,000 in funding from investors and/or a bank, to cover costs for the first Restaurant.
These five locations in the Pittsburgh area have been identified by the franchisor as some of the best locations based on demographic analysis such as family income levels, and population concentration.
Who are the target customers, “The Millennials” and they are coming of age! They are one of the largest generations in history, according to the US Census Bureau totaling approximately 92 million and have passed by Baby Boomers estimated at 77 million. The Millennials are heading towards their prime spending years, and their unique experiences will change the ways we buy and sell, forcing companies to examine how they do business for decades to come. For Millennials, wellness is a daily active pursuit, by exercising more and eating smarter and healthier.
