I am in the process of trying to purchase a restaurant/eleven room country inn that has recently come for sale. The establishment was founded in 1954 and is a corner stone of it's community. I have 15 years service in the restaurant business and I see the potential that this establishment has. The current owners purchased the place in 2006, but hey underestimated the dedication it takes to run a restaurant. The restaurant has a HUGE kitchen that open the opportunity for a catering option as well. With the experience I have in this industry and my dedication to customer satisfaction and my dedication to great tasting food, and great dining experience's gives me an upper hand on an corporate run industry that takes their patron's for granted and everything is pre-made in a factory. This place is in a high volume traffic area that is passed by 1,000,000+ cars every year. the community has all kinds of fairs and other outdoor activities that bring in tourist from all over. with a little bit more marketing of the establishment and the right person running it, it has the potential to be a gold mine.
