GoGig is a mobile professional job network that allows candidates to confidentially match and network with hiring companies that have what they desire. It leverages geo-location and a proprietary matching algorithm to suggest likely connections. GoGig asks candidates a few simple questions to understand their job networking interests and desires, such as: job searching status (i.e. passively seeking, actively seeking, etc.), desired salary, relocation requirements, company size, and company location. We then match those desires to recruiter searches that are looking for candidates with the same characteristics and work backgrounds.
The results are displayed back to recruiters in order of matching percentage to create a simple networking process through a chat feature on the app.
