Looking for an Angel Investor for the purchase of Winter Springs Golf Club, Winter Springs, Florida. This is an 18 hole public facility with a resturant, serving breakfast and lunch daily. The resturant is used for private parties and weddings. The couse is currently closed and is in need of some repair. The purchase price for the facility is $1.7M and I am looking for $2.5 to purchase and to bring the course back into playing shape. Prior to closing the course had gross sales of $1.4M per year.
