Over the past 3 years I have implemented a business strategy for cash flow positive real estate. Over the past three years I have funded my own investments and have been profitable in each venture. I follow a specific strategy that is cash flow positive from day one and there is always a constant supply of renters. I would like to partner up with investors to implement my strategy on a larger scale, with greater returns.
