A partner and myself are looking to start rehabing properties and flipping them. We need to get start up cash flow to complete our repairs and/or down money. We are in the mortgage industry and have the connections with builders,appaisers, title companies and most importantly realtors to find properties that will be profitable just not the cash to complete the projects. We also have the credit to obtain most of the funding required for completion.
