My company is called Guardian National Management. We are a small company. We sell interests in our LLC and then reinvest the money in short term well secured high interest Trust Deeds. We offer approx 8-9% return to the investors. We need to raise approx. $20 Million over the next two years. Best case senario would be $1M per month. My partner and I both are Mortgage Brokers and both us own our own Mortgage Company's. We each have 12-14 yrs experiance in Hard Money transactions.
