Description:
I am a real estate investor and I buy, improve and then sell real estate in the Providence, RI area. Since banks are not lending like they have in the past, I borrow the money from ordinary private individuals like yourself to purchase the property. Who do you know that would like to earn a higher return on their money all secured by real estate.
