SMALL BUSINESS NEEDS LOAN WILL PAY 12% INTEREST!!!I am in the process of acquiring a business in the South Burbs of Chicago and willing to offer a 12% interest rate. The business has been in existence for 15 years and is being sold due to a death in the family.
The full purchase price is $80,000 and I will be paying 50% in cash but need additional financing.
