Green Key Real Estate started in San Francisco in 2005 as the first green residential real estate brokerage here. Our mission is to promote and proliferate green building and remodeling through educating our clients and connecting them with the appropriate service providers to help them with their projects. All of our agents are EcoBrokers and Certified Green Building Professionals and our offices are green as well.
In May of 2008, we received approval from the state of CA to sell franchises. We've sold 2 franchises in addition to our company office in San Francisco, one in Oakland and another in San Mateo. We are also in discussions with brokers in several other states and plan to grow to be a national franchise.
