Oversee all phases of property disposition management including but not limited to: assisting Lending Institution Loan and Credit Officers with and pre-foreclosure analysis; lock-out; obtaining estimates for completion/repair and subsequent coordination of construction completion; assessing accurate resale pricing, listing properties, negotiating offers to maximize loss mitigation, and coordinating and reviewing closings; or alternatively overseeing management of tenants for receipt of rents, and/or implementing Cash for Keys or Dispossessory procedures as appropriate - on a rolling 50 to 150 REO properties in the Atlanta MSA and parts of North Georgia. Average 8 to10 residential single-family attached and detached units closed per month equating to the removal of tens of millions of dollars of REO from the Lending Institutions’ books.
