Description:
Paradise Glass LLC is a certified DBE/MBE (as of 10/09) minority owned glazing company in St. Louis, MO. We provide installation of glass, metals, and materials for new commercial buildings and/or replacement glass, metals, and materials for existing structures. In addition, we service doors and hardware associated with glass and aluminum doors. Service and installation of automatic doors will be implemented in the future as part of the ultimate vision as described below. This is currently being done by relatively few companies in the area.
We are union affiliated and have 15 years of experience in the industry.
We comply with union regulations and OSHA standards. Our goal is to provide quality workmanship in a safe, effective, and timely manner on all projects.
Our ultimate goal is to offer a one-stop warehouse facility, employing and creating jobs for 40-80 people, in which glass will be manufactured, tinted, tempered, sandblasted and/or various art applications and replaced on a 24 hour turnaround system. This will provide a system that will eliminate the need for board-ups and provide immediate response to commercial glazing needs. We also intend to provide security filming and energy-efficiency filming as the demand for such services increase. This is also perfect timing for this, because the commercial property value is down in this area and there is so many sites to choose, if the funding was there. Not to forget all the stimulus funds available to those who create as many jobs as this would do.
Currently, we have two glazing contracts, with more on the way due to the needs of the construction industry to have MBE/DBE. Now we are in need of capital just to get the other details of our trade which is insurance, and workmans comp. Being awarded these two contracts is a nice start for Paradise Glass LLC. There is so much potential out there. So why not join me in Paradise!
