We are looking for Angels and Adventure Capitalists who would like to invest in a start up company with very high profit margins, and educated managers with experience. Our company, American Homes, locates properties at least 30% below market value throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts and sells it to first time home buyers. Almost all of these properties need rehabilitation, and even after the rehab is completed, there is an equity spread of 30%.
