I provide credit repair services to assist people in becoming mortgage ready. I have been through the process myself and was able to purchase my home and learn valuable educational information about maintaining your credit. I paid a lot of money for this and I want to offer these services to people without the huge overhead cost the big name companies charge. The second part of my business to help secure property for those that are in the credit repair process. I am also a real estate investor and would like to purchase property in my business name and sell the property to my clients on a rent to own contract. There is a lot of need for this since there is a lot of people now trying to rebuild their credit. The banks make it very hard for home loans now. I can find their home, offer a rent to own contract, and repair their credit, all while living in their home. After their credit is repaired, they can obtain the loan, purchase the home from company, minus realtor fees and markups and enjoy good credit and their "new" home. I also want to purchase property from the Renew Indianapolis Project, to help revitalize inner city neighborhoods and provide safe, clean, and efficient low-income housing according to the guidelines of the the project.
