We purchased a bar/restaurant/motel that is run down and in need of complete remodel and renovation. We are in the process of remodeling the kitchen and also obtaining new liquor licenses. We need to remodel the rooms (there are 9) and we want to add camping, restrooms and showers and laundry, cabins, a private catering area for private intimate dinners, decking and porches overlooking our creek and a larger parking area. We also want to purchase property directly adjacent to us to add tourism activities. We have a trained chef from the cordon bleu institute in San Francisco and he is available as soon as our kitchen and dining room are in.
