I am opening a 9 suite assisted living in a trendy area on Milwaukee's east side. I will employ 6-10 people which will include a Registered Nurse, License Practical Nurse, Qualified Care givers, and and Administrator. There is only one other assisted living in the area, so there is a need for an assisted living. I will use technology to provide state of the art charting, that will assist the facility in being compliant for the state health department. I am also a Qualified Activity Director with over 20 years experience and will provide daily person centered programming, community outings, entertainment, and individual activities. I will also be partnering with the local University students who are majoring in Psychology to assist in training our staff.
