I own a parcel in the ctr of Norfolk on which is an antique home that I am converting to an Inn for the purpose of having small groups of women for weekend stays for crafting, mostly crafting (google scrapbook retreats to see the popularity of such events). Currently I host large groups of women in Falmouth for such weekends. The parcel of land is the only one of its kind in our town and is right at the commuter station servicing trains to/from Boston. I am seeking an investment to develop the 3/4 acre of land to both expand the current business and add a food service to capitalize on the location of the commuter trains - something along the lines of a coffee shop, sandwich shop, bistro, etc. Thank you.
