We are an Administrative Service Organization. We provide employee management services to employers who need help with managing payroll processing and tax compliance issues, employee benefits and employee related claims such as unemployment, labor and workers' compensation claims. We provide materials and training to put clients in compliance with OSHA and state and federal laws. We hold all employee files and manage all functions for the client in regards to management of their employees so the client can focus on building their core business.
We charge clients an administrative service fee which is paid by our clients each time they process a payroll with us. We also collect all payroll wages, employer and employee taxes, health insurance premiums or other benefits payments, workers' comp premiums and any other costs which the client has accrued. We hold and pay out these costs for the clients as they become due. This helps clients to manage their employee related costs.
