We have contacts for Domestic as well as international properties, Hotels, Condos, Complete subdivision buyouts, as well as commercial properties, private islands where you buy the complete island and others where island developments are needed, to build up the area for the government. We do massive research on all of the projects we are given, negotiate the price of the purchase. Our research consists of marketing in the area, interviewing the top persons in their field of sales. We look for and already have a list of qualified people for each project who are capable of management and who also know the market they are to be placed in. We are hands on with all of our projects, from beginning to the completion.
