We make and sell ice cream in a small parlor using creams, flavors, and mix-ins. The ice cream is flash-frozen using liquid nitrogen technology, a process on the forefront of combining food and science that is prevalent in the Eastern states. Customers are able to watch their ice cream being made, from cream to ice cream in a matter of minutes. We employ 3-5 employees and are open for business 6 days a week.
