Just 20 minutes from Vancouver’s International Airport or downtown’s Coal Harbour, (via float plane). The property encompasses 55 hectares of land and 22 acres of foreshore. JIRS intends to develop up to 600,000 square feet of building improvements, (in phases), to create a high-end
destination resort. The concept of the resort focuses on health & wellness, outdoor adventure and ecotourism. Key components of the project will include: a condo hotel; spa and fitness facility; marina and restaurant facilities; privately owned accommodation units and branded units, which are included in the resort rental pool. Accommodation unit built forms will consist of exceptionally designed, well-crafted attached and detached homes and condo hotel suites. All buildings will offer unobstructed views of the ocean, mountains and the natural wildlife.
The developer is seeking a joint venture equity partner to complete the first phase of the development with the option to participate in the second and third phase.
