Description: The RAQ technology is the only solar mounting system with UL ratings for Electrical, Mechanical, & Fire Type 1 & 2. No components like bonding WEEBS are required. Our products achieve a 160mph wind and a 90lbs snow loads with penetrations on 48” spans. At 24” spans we achieve 190mph and 120lbs snow loads. As well as on 72” spans we achieve 90mph wind zones and 60lbs snow loads, making our product ideal for Tile or Metal roofs by decreasing the number of penetrations. Our racking is the only technology on the market capable of handling extreme weather conditions; (coastlines/ requirements in heavy snow zones). All of these reasons are why the patents are being issued worldwide. The RAQ is universal to all solar panels and comes with all of the parts needed. It is the only racking on the market that does not require the installer to have a vast understanding of variable solar components. The RAQ fits all of them, in any configuration, to any building code, anywhere in the world. It is the first and only of its kind and it comes in black as a standard. Current technologies tend to over complicate material orders; inventory, insurance, and a plethora of other soft cost issues. “The current industry standards have driven racking and installation soft costs to an estimated 60 cents per watt”, Rocky Mountain Institute. Some providers have over 80 SKU numbers to accommodate a single solar installation. The RAQ has 6 SKU’s the majority of installs only use 3 of the 6: 1 Panel RAQ, 3 Panel RAQ, Landscape RAQ, Start Bracket Kit, High Wind Zone Kit and Inverter brackets. The RAQ assembles on the roof with male to female connections, all bolts are the same size too, eliminating tool changes and specialty tools. All the fastening points are secured; an installer does not have to use two wrenches to tighten any bolt. All components are pre-positioned and held up in place.
