Our plan is to purcahs 142 acres of farm land to produce 120 acres of different variety of grapes for the fast growing wine industry. The property has eight housing units already available on it. We will provide housing and jobs for families in our community along with being a part of a very fast growing buisness in this community. The cost of the land is going to be around 1.5 million dollars. We will obtain grants and use our personal monies to run the farm.
