Description:
The companies name is "Capriccio" it is a high end salon and spa. I am looking to do reconstruction on a century building. Businesses are coming in to fix the town cosmetically. There are no eloquent salons and spas within a 45 minute drive, and a wonderful College is within a 5 minute drive. The salon will be organic and all natural. I have a projected profit of at least $200k within the first year. Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.
