We are currently in the final stages of the development of a leased, cloud based security application design program that is based upon 15 years of field testing, practical application and structure development. LeapFrog T & C was originally founded in 1986 under the name of LTC Training Center. The company was renamed and reincorporated in 2004 as a result of the sale of its sister and founding company LRC Electronics Company.
