My plan is to go out and bring foreclosures, motivated sellers, distressed properties, and bring them straight to investors and fix and flip retailers. When working with properties and potentially listing properties, after I resale them, if I collect any retail leads that don’t match my investor profile, I will notify my agent, and pass the leads onto them so that they can do more listings. In return- help me to do market research, make daily offers on MLS, show me distressed properties, foreclose, pocket listings, help me fill out paperwork.
