Description:
Fan Antonio LLC
The coolest store in town!
Fan Antonio will be a designer fan store showcasing overhead, desk and floor fans for today’s market. It will be a boutique in the sense that it will only carry fans, fan accessories, nightlights, and custom switch plates along with a few related items. It will require minimal staffing and will be bringing in a seasoned veteran from a very successful fan store chain to manage it. The sales projection for the first full year of operation is $650,000. The loan repayment is figured in prior to the net profit figure. It will be located in the Northern part of the city, in the Stone Oak area where the most explosive growth with higher price homes and the higher than average incomes are located. The plan is to open a second store in San An
